SHIPPING METHODS
We ship everywhere in the world, as long as your country or your city accepts delivery service via DHL, FEDEX or UPS. In some cases, whereas those services are not available, it is possible that your postal service may offer these types of delivery service (international packages).
We propose to our customers different shipping methods depending on delivering location and when would you want to have your products. Rates are based on your shipping method’s choice and the value of your purchase; the rates are calculated automatically at the time of checking out. Border taxes can be added to your order, it depends of your shipping location.
If you choose fastest delivery method (in 24 hours or less), payment authorization must be received before 2:30 PM. Eastern Time. If it is not the case, it will be delivered the next business day.
Your orders can be delayed for up to 24 or 48 hours as we reserve the right to verify your information (billing of shipping information). Shipping rates can change without advance notice.
30 Days return policy:
We accept returns of products within 30 days after the shipping date, and your return must be accompanied by the original order. Your return must have its original package (whenever it’s possible) and all features with the product you want to return.

(1) For reasons of hygiene, Designers Boutiques does not take back or reimburse products for small household appliances and personal care (trimmer, epilator, straighteners, etc.), worn lingerie (undergarments, swimsuits, self-adhesive lingerie). .).
(2) Products whose packaging has been opened. To be taken back, the soles of shoes must be smooth, new and must not have any scratches which could suppose that they were worn. The boxes containing the shoes must not be damaged and must in no case be used as redirection card. The shoe boxes must not contain any adhesive tape or any inscription.
(3) Beauty packaging (cream, make-up, etc.) must not be unsealed.
(4) Watch and jewelry boxes are essential and the dial must be fitted with the original protective sticker
