We are keeping an eye on every product sold on our website, we stop selling immediately a product if it does not respect our rules, laws in application or represent a danger for our customers.

When we are faced with a similar situation, these products are recalled immediately. We also make all necessary efforts to reach our supplier(s) and contact our customers who purchased these products to return them to our offices. The credit card with which purchases were made will be credited the next business day after returning recalled product. We also make a report to the competent authorities about product dangerousness.
