PCJ Holding sets up in each of its commercial entities specialized referents in discrimination and racism issues. These people will be ambassadors of diversity and will carry out actions to make our employees aware of these issues.

Sanctions (up to and including dismissal) will be put in place in the event of non-compliance with our principles of respect for diversity.
