The well-being of our employees at the heart of our Human Resources policy:

The well-being of our employees is one of the fundamental axes of our internal policy, we consider it to be one of the axes that contribute to the success of our company. Well-being not only enables employees to develop personally but also increases employee productivity. Employees who feel properly considered will be more willing to contribute to the company's success and will want to progress even further.

The fight against discrimination and racism:

PCJ Holding sets up in each of its commercial entities specialized referents in discrimination and racism issues. These people will be ambassadors of diversity and will carry out actions to make our employees aware of these issues.

In addition, we do not tolerate any racist or discriminatory acts of any kind within each of our group's business entities. Sanctions (up to and including dismissal) will be put in place in the event of non-compliance with our principles of respect for diversity. We firmly believe that it is through a wide-ranging struggle around these issues that we will be able to contribute to the well-being of our employees.

Participation in committees:

PCJ Holding encourages its employees to take part in decision-making and to contribute to the success of the group through participation in the committees set up. They will occupy a major place within the committee relating to Health, Health and Safety for example, our employees are the daily actors whose observations allow us to progress in these fields and adopt the necessary corrective measures. The more our employees feel involved in their company's decisions, the more important their well-being will be in wanting to make a success of their company in which they feel responsible.
